SUPERB MAHOGANY VICTORIAN STYLE DESK & FILING CABINET

This is a very good Victorian style writing desk and matching file cabinet. The items are made of mahogany veneer and are in fabulous condition throughout as they have recently been re polished. Both items have outstanding tooled leather inserts which are in very good condition condition.
The desk has 6 drawers in total all with dovetails and quality brass handles are original and in good order, the right pedestal has a cupboard that is ideal for a computer tower. The matching file cabinet has two large drawers and is very heavy. Both items are lockable with keys provided.
All the drawers have dovetails. The desk dismantles into 3 pieces making it easy to move.
We date this desk between 1970 and 1980.
Overall, this is an outstanding Victorian style writing desk and filing cabinet in excellent order throughout.
